Develop a clear, winning strategy for your future in our four-week Business Coaching Programme or tap into use-as-you-need business support throughout the year. Business Mentorship Programme Every quarter, we take on the support of 6 business owners for coaching and mentorship that takes place over 6 weeks. Each business is equipped via the following package during that period:Each business gets 1 individual session (up to 3 hours) which will identify the unique needs of your business.This is followed by two follow up 1:1 mentorship sessions to gain feedback and set goals for your business.You'll have one group mentorship session where you'll connect with your peers, share reflections on the process and wins and common challenges.You'll also receive three credits for 1 hour sessions (one-on-one) with a range of Business Support Consultants, chosen depending on their need. That’s why we’ve contracted a community of expert Business Support Consultants on stand-by to support you on demand, as you need it.The V&A Waterfront will cover the first one-on-one session for our small business tenants each year. We’ve negotiated exclusive discounted rates with our consultants if you would like more of their professional advice.In this session, consultants will offer feedback, provide advice and create actions for your success.
