Applications require a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 4 days for processing. Applications must be received during V&A Waterfront Film / Photographic / Media permit office hours.

V&A Waterfront Film / Photographic / Media permit office hours are Monday to Friday 07h00 to 14h00.
Applicants must ensure that information provided on the Application form is accurate and that relevant support documents are provided. Incomplete forms cannot be processed, and will add to the time delays.
The Applicant will receive an email quote, and once agreed to, a pro forma invoice will be processed, and once payment made and proof of payment emailed, a permit will be processed.
The Applicant will then receive a permit, which must be kept with them at all times. A copy of the permit is sent to Security Management.
