15 Jun 2023 NEIGHBOURFOOD – TOGETHER JUST TASTES BETTER As a neighbourhood, we understand just how important it is to eat together and Neigbourfood is our way of saying ‘come and let us break bread together’. We’ve lined up a celebration of food activations to get us through the winter months. There are restaurant specials from our fine dining and casual eateries – now’s the perfect time to try something new. We’re also working with Ladles of Love, SA Harvest and Street Smart SA to help those in need by encouraging donations or lending a helping hand. On Mandela Day you can also join Ladles of Love as they attempt to break yet another world record by hosting the most number of volunteers spending their 67 minutes. To be part of the record-breaking attempt, sign up here. Food Dialogues, is a platform for important conversations around the local food system from industry experts. In partnership with the Waterfront’s SOLVE, this year’s conversations will look at food and climate change, food and teenage health and food and big business. Look out for the programme which runs from 4 to 18 July. To join the conversation, book your tickets here. For a fun night out – come and experience the Waterfront when the sun’s gone down at Night Feast. The event takes place on the last Friday of every month – and there’s something for everyone.
