SwimRun is a race along land and water without the need for transition zones, you simply take on multiple swims and runs in the same gear from start to finish. The adventure and the exhilarating experience are what makes SwimRun wildly cool and a new trend in global sports. KnockOut is our intense new Grand Prix style of SwimRun hosted at Battery Park, V&A Waterfront. All you need is a swimming costume (and wetsuit to not brave the cold water) and running shoes. If you’re capable to take on the longest swim of 150m and the longest run of 350m – then join in the action packed morning.

As the year draws to end, let us take the time to spend it with loved ones and reflect on the year and be hopeful for what the future holds. We are a country of resilience and let us use this festive season to lean into our strength while enjoying all that our neighbourhood has to offer.
