This quarterly publication that ranks the super-regional shopping centres in South Africa based on Google Review ratings. Chef Ryan Cole will be firing things up in our neighbourhood with the opening of his second restaurant, COY. Situated on the water’s edge with Table Mountain as a backdrop, COY offers guests a relaxed take on fine dining through a unique expression of southern African cuisine. Joining chef Ryan, will be head chefs Teenola Govender and Geoffrey Abrahams Staying true to Chef Ryan’s culinary ethos, there will be a strong focus on sustainable, ethical, seasonal, and local sourcing of ingredients. The menu is expected to feature plenty of ferments, age-old ingredients, and rediscovered African cooking techniques.
