By implementing an application process for tenant events, the V&A Waterfront aims to benefit its tenants by ensuring fairness and transparency of the process, fostering tenant engagement, optimizing event planning in the neighbourhood, promoting collaboration between the V&A and tenants, amplifying marketing efforts, and gathering valuable feedback for continuous improvement.

A completed application does not denote an approval. Approval is based on meeting minimum criteria aligned to the below form, and the application is required at least 4 weeks before the event. Short lead-times will be entertained on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that this events application form is applicable to tenants within the Vic Wharf vicinity and covers the following event categories: product or new range launches, new store openings, store revamps opening/unveiling, and general brand activations.
