Quirky.Me brings you beautiful and fun décor items that will help you shape your home into a space that reflects a little bit of your own off-beat personality. In 2010, Ingrid Corbett opened a small retail space at The Old Biscuit Mill in Salt River called Quirky.Me. Her aim was to bring consumers fun, yet beautiful, décor items. Ingrid conceptualises many of the products on offer, and sets out to get them produced in South Africa, with the help of other talented local designers and craftspeople. Quirky.Me has grown from strength to strength, both in size and reputation. High-quality products from Quirky.Me’s are regularly featured in top local publications, including House & Leisure, Ideas, ELLE Decoration and Good Housekeeping magazine. Her second store at the V&A Waterfront’s new Watershed development opened in October 2014.
