SMMEs form the backbone of the city’s economy, making up the majority of service providers for goods and services needed for the optimal performance and functioning of the high growth sectors in Cape Town. SMMEs therefore desperately need help to remain open, support their staff, and get back to business

As part of the City’s commitment to supporting small businesses during these difficult times, we’re inviting fellow Capetonians to post a short video or image of their favourite small business via social media to share their success and resilience, using the campaign hashtags #myfavouritebusiness and #CPTPlusME.
