Emazulwini’s Mmabatho scoops top Eat Out Award Not too long ago we were celebrating Emazulwini’s Mmabatho Molefe for her Luxe Award win where she was named SA’s Best Chef. Adding another award to her list, the restaurateur was recently handed a Rising Star award at the 2022 Eat Out Woolworths Restaurant Awards last week. IN OTHER NEWS: Maiden call for MS Zandaam in Cape Town On Thursday 23 Nov we welcomed the MS Zaandam vessel carrying 1432 passengers to the Cape Town Cruise terminal. To honour her arrival and first visit to Cape town, we awarded the captain with a V&A memento during a plaque handover ceremony on the morning of the vessels arrival. Cape Town Cruise Terminal receives global recognition The 2nd annual World Cruise Awards have awarded the Cape Town Cruise Terminal as Africa’s Best Cruise Terminal. The results follow a year-long search for the world’s leading cruise brands. Votes were cast by cruise industry professionals and the public, with the nominee gaining the most votes in a category named as the winner.
