To launch the initiative, we’ll be hiding 15 wishing wells across our neighbourhood for visitors to find, for a chance to win various prizes including a V&A gift voucher to the value of R30 000. Weekly footfall update

Despite it being the quieter time for foot traffic being mid-month, our weekend started off positively with the arrival of fans and participants of the Cycle Tour from other parts of the country on Friday.  Saturday was a strong day perhaps driven by our neighbourhood being able to operate normally during the City wide power outage. Sunday was a little quieter as a result of Cycle Tour road closures in the morning and the unseasonably wet weather. Taking this into account our weekly visitor count remained consistent at 43k people per day.
