11 Feb 2022 CAPE TOWN WELCOMES BACK MS EUROPA 2 International passenger cruise travel returns to Cape Town with MS Europa 2 docking at the Cape Town Cruise Terminal this Sunday. She arrives from Mossel Bay and will be travelling to Lüderitz, Namibia, after her stop in Cape Town. The remainder of the summer cruise season will see additional local and international cruises call to port all the way to the month of May, signaling a positive and welcome recovery for the industry. Weekly footfall update As the summer period peaks, we often see many of our visitors opting for mountain visits and beach trips, but our foot traffic is still moving steadily and is now at 44k visitors a day.
