Incentive Programme Terms & Conditions

We are collectively telling Cape Town’s design story and we invite you to participate in amplifying our Watershed messaging and cocreating a wonderful customer experience.
How do I participate?

1.  Attending One-on-ones and meeting with new Marketing Team

  • The meetings are setup from June 1 and will be occuring over the next two months. The meetings are both virtual and in-person

2.  Sharing, posting, and tagging the Watershed on social media posts.

  • Tenants must post at least twice a month tagging: @VandAWaterfront & @VandAWatershed
  • Tenants to post using the following hashtag: #Mydesignstory #WatershedWinter (exclusive to the tenant post for tracking)
  • Watershed social media toolkits will be made available to all tenants to share to help us amplify our collective Watershed messaging.
  • Every post that uses the tags will be worth 10credits towards overall score to find our winning neighbours

3.  Activations participation

  • We encourage tenants to participate in the activations we have over this season.
  • An activation could be any of the following and more:
  • Social Media Workshop
  • Tapping into SMME Business Support
  • Competitions (on site or social media)
  • Any other form of animation or activities that enhances the shopper’s experience.
  • Watershed Creative Workshops e.g Knot Again doing a public demo on how to make an item or Beauty Box Tenant doing a demo upstairs in August – we will be engaging tenants on these workshops so we can amplify
  • Tenants are encouraged to communicate with the Watershed team at least 3 weeks in advance of the above-mentioned activation dates to share what they will be doing to ensure that the team amplifies on social media, website and help us keep track.
  • We also encourage tenants collaborate where there is synergy.

4.  Customer service excellence

  • Each tenant will receive a table talker/tentcard with a QR code that customers can scan to rate customer service and experience on a scale of 1 -5. Along with the option to give additional feedback which we will track on our end
  • We will also incorporate the use of adhoc secret shoppers

How will winners be selected?

  • All the tenants that have met the minimum requirements of the competition, will automatically qualify for the lucky draw whereby one winner will be randomly selected.

Qualification to draw Roadshow attendance Posting at least twice a month on social media using correct handles and hashtags Activation upstairs related to a category e.g jewellery, toys, ceramics If your average rate is 6 and above out of 10.
We will also have adhoc mystery shoppers

What is the prize?

  • One-month fixed rental for November 2023.
  • The winning store’s sales assistants /staff members will win a R2 500 V&A shopping voucher to share.
  • Every month from July-September we will be giving away 3x R500 voucher to the store assistants performing the best on the customer feedback survey.
