Conquerors Wheelchair Basketball was started on 19 May 2018 by Founder Lloyd Lingeveldt. The purpose of the Club is to offer Wheelchair Basketball as an Adaptive Sport to people with a disability, but also those without a disability. Few may know that the sport can be played by people without a disability as long as they in a Basketball Wheelchair when doing so.
The Club is affiliated to Wheelchair Basketball Western Cape who in turn is affiliated to Wheelchair Basketball South Africa. The Club therefore competes in Provincial and National Competitions.
