The World Wide Fund for Nature’s (WWF) South African Sustainable Seafood Initiative (SASSI) is celebrating it’s 20th birthday milestone with a fun and engaging event that combines the excitement of a cooking competition with the educational aspects of sustainable seafood practices.
Teams from partner organisations will compete against each other to find out who makes the best sustainable seafood braai. Our panel of expert judges will make the decision at the end of this cook-off.
No celebration will be complete without enjoying it with your friends and family and for us, that is you, the consumers who contribute by making better decisions everyday. This will be a fun day out with your friends and family. Bring along a picnic basket or purchase from one of our food vendors on site and relax on a bean bag in the shade while you enjoy the festivities planned for the day.
