This is a showcase of some of Cape Towns finest singer songwriters. Featuring:
Newcomer Stanley Sibande will open the show with his melancholic blend of indie rock and alternative pop.
Next up is SAMA nominated singer-songwriter Laurie Levine who is best known for her blend of Americana and folk music. She pairs up with Jack Thomas for this show. It is a rare and special thing to witness these two artists with distinct styles and voices on the same stage, imbuing songs with new life.
Then the foot stomping Celtic Folk Band Jenny and the Jameses The band comprises Jennifer Eaves on vocals, guitar and piano, James Hall on violin and vocals, and multi-instrumentalist James Harvey on accordion, harp, bouzouki and vocals.
We end off with multi award winning Ard Matthews, who undoubtably one of South Africa’s finest songwriters with a voice from the heavens.
