Open your world to different issues, perspectives, and ways of thinking. The Emerging Artist Programme (EAP) Exhibition is back with FAME Week Africa at the V&A Waterfront. This year it features 25 visual artists whose artworks will be celebrating women in honour of South Africa’s Women’s Month.
EAP and FAME Week Africa will also be collaborating with The Justice Desk – the EAP exhibition will be co-curated alongside the Justice Desk’s A Girl with a Dream exhibition.
The Emerging Artists Programme is a City of Cape Town, Arts and Culture Branch initiative and is aimed to assist emerging artists based in Cape Town to build capacity and access opportunities that will assist in promoting their work and developing their profession. This year, through FAME Week Africa, the Emerging Artists Programme selected participants will attend capacity building and training workshops.
