By supporting small-scale fishers and educating chefs and consumers, the initiative helps protect ocean life and coastal livelihoods — one plate at a time. Food that starts conversations The Food Indaba, hosted at Makers Landing, gathered voices from across the food world. The goal: to help build a more fair, inclusive and sustainable food system.
