The new Superyacht Training Academy has recently opened in the V&A Waterfront on Quay road, on-route to the Cape Grace Hotel.
The Superyacht Training Academy houses a fully functional, state-of-the-art Cooking Theatre and bespoke Training Facility.

Superyacht Chef Career
An exclusive training programme, for qualified or aspiring chefs, who want to further their culinary careers on board superyachts or charter catamarans. This is the only dedicated, professional training facility, offering comprehensive practical, hands-on culinary training, theory and practical courses. Professional chefs will provide you with all the relevant training required to work and succeed in any yacht galley.
Superyacht DeckHand Career
An excellent place to start your career at sea as it gives you a good grounding in day-to-day operations. The deckhand course is designed for those who have a minimal knowledge of superyacht care and maintenance. An additional option is to complete a yacht master certificate and this will increase your chances of getting a great job.
Superyacht Stewardess Career
A Comprehensive 20 day training course, which includes a Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2, Training Course. This is a great introduction to the world of luxury, travel and hard work. This training provides you with knowledge and practical skills such as food and wine pairing, silver service, detailing, housekeeping and flower arranging.
