The Southern Cross is a 45-ft double-deck fun motor cruiser that does scheduled cruises out into Table Bay and down the coast towards Green Point. Designed by Angelo Lavranos, the exterior of this vessel is based on a Cape trawler hull design, which includes her distinctive white and turquoise hull, so typical of the traditional blue-boat fishing fleet. The signal flags on her hull spell out her name. She is ideally suited for the family and young groups, and is capable of carrying 86 passengers. From the top deck, there are uninterupted views of the harbour scenes. The Southern Cross has GPS-based commentary and does trips ranging from half an hour to a full day.
