Cape Charters, and exclusive boat charter operator, is based in the heart of the V&A Waterfront. Apart from bay and harbour cruises around Cape Town, it also offers shark cage diving (in Gansbaai) and deep-sea fishing excursions on its seven state-of-the-art vessels. The cruises vary in duration and destination, and while some of them go out into Table Bay, others are harbour cruises. The fishing excursions are much longer (either 4 hours or 8 hours), and Cape Charters provides all the fishing gear you may need. The Shark Cage Diving takes place in Gansbaai in Shark Alley, 160km from Cape Town, and this full day tour includes the transport there and back.
