10 Oct 2025 Important Update: Services and Roads infrastructure updates to be halted in time for busy Waterfront summer and festive period. Over the past months, as frequent visitors to our neighbourhoods, you will have experienced roads and walkway disruptions as we work to replace aging bulk water and sewage infrastructure to support exciting future developments planned for our neighbourhood. This maintenance has been both urgent and necessary to ensure our precinct remains safe, accessible, and well-maintained. As we approach the peak visitor season, sections of our roads network will soon be reopened to improve access and traffic flow. Remaining works will pause during the busy season to minimise disruption, before resuming afterwards to complete final upgrades. The reopened sections, from the end of this week, include road lanes along sections of Dock Road, key traffic circles, and lanes entering from the Green Point Stadium, Moullie Point, Beach Roads access roads. There will be no construction work taking place between 9 December 2025 and 12 January 2026. We are also mindful of the upcoming Cape Town Marathon weekend and the Red Bull Flugtag, a major international event we’re excited to welcome back to Cape Town in November and we look forward to welcoming all visitors to our neighbourhood. We appreciate your continued support as we invest in maintaining and improving our precinct for everyone to enjoy. Thank you for your patience — the best is yet to come!
