This store specialises in accessories made from can tabs, such as handbags and belts. The bags, a South African first, are hand-made from recycled can tabs and include ladies’ sling bags, clutch bags and handbags. Also on offer are belts and messenger bags for men. This venture was started by Aretha Doyle, who felt the need to reduce her carbon footprint – and look great while doing it. She started collecting used cans, and made herself a handbag using the can tags. She started getting orders, and the business took off from there. This stall is in the Watershed in the V&A Waterfront.
