Boyi Molefe , An Artist from Kwa Mashu ,Durban . Currently working in Cape Town.
Boyi Molefe, a Durban-born cubism painter, who started painting at an early age in 1980. Influenced by the township culture he grew up with, Boyi’s art reflects the people, places, and stories of his childhood. His art is loved and has been exhibited across the globe, including countries like Germany and England. Boyi is connected to every piece of art he makes and feels whenever someone buys his pieces, they are adopting one of his children.
