Grass-fed, grain-fed, wet-aged, dry-aged, organic prime beef, game and lamb are all house specialties procured and cut by our in-house butcher.  We also procure fresh fish daily and are well known for our local and Mozambican shellfish which includes lobster, wild Mozambican as well as east coast cold water prawns and, of course, Mozambican langoustines and tiger giants which we are famous for.  Only the best is good enough to get the Belthazar certificate of approval.
