Situated in one of the most prime spots in the world with spectacular views of the harbour and Table Mountain, Belthazar Restaurant and Wine Bar is reputed to be one of the very best around.
This prime beef, seafood and wine emporium is a one of its kind in the world.
The recipient of several food and beverage accolades, Belthazar has been the recipient of the International Wine Spectator ‘Best wine list in the world’ award on several occasions.
Grass-fed, grain-fed, wet-aged, dry-aged, organic prime beef, game and lamb are all house specialties procured and cut by our in-house butcher. We also procure fresh fish daily and are well known for our local and Mozambican shellfish which includes lobster, wild Mozambican as well as east coast cold water prawns and, of course, Mozambican langoustines and tiger giants which we are famous for. Only the best is good enough to get the Belthazar certificate of approval.
At this comfortable yet stylish restaurant, a memorable occasion ‘is our mantra’ served by well-trained and knowledgeable service ambassadors graciously.
Everyone who is anyone needs to visit this world-class meat, seafood and wine emporium reputed to have over 40 000 bottles of wine in its cellar.
