2013 

• Two Lilizela-Imvelo Awards for Waste & Energy; No. 1 Silo: 6 star Green Star SA rating for Design by Green Building Council SA (GBCSA); No. 2 Silo: 4 star Green Star SA rating for Design by Green Building Council SA (GBCSA)

2014: Learn More 

• No. 1 Silo GBCSA as built award
• The first-ever 6-Star Green Star – Office v1 As Built Rating in South Africa was awarded to No. 1 Silo (home to Allan Gray) in June 2014, and as well as the following:
• A 6-Star Green Star - Office As Built Rating for No. 5 Silo (a multi-tenanted commercial building, including PwC), making it one of only four buildings in South Africa to have achieved a 6 Star As Built rating;
• A 6-Star Green Star - Existing Building Performance v1 rating for the Watershed, the property’s unique craft market and home for African design at the Waterfront.
• A 5-Star Green Star - Custom Hotel Design rating for the No.6 Silo which houses the new Radisson Red Hotel in the Silo District.
• Two 4-Star Green Star - Existing Building Performance v1 ratings were also awarded for the West Quay Offices on Port Road and the Granger Bay Court offices on Beach Road.

2018

• Five Green Star SA awards for No.1 Silo, No.5 Silo, No.6 Silo, Watershed and the West Quay office building

2019: Learn More

• Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre - Green Building Council SA awarded the centre a 5 Star Green Star – Existing Building Performance v1 rating.

2020: Learn More

• Radisson RED Hotel - No.6 Silo building, which houses the Radisson RED Hotel - achieved another sustainability accolade from the GBCSA recognising the sustainable development of the building.

2021: Learn More 

• The Ridge - The Ridge, a new commercial building in the Portswood District of the V&A Waterfront, celebrates its six Green Star Office Design rating by the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA), a rating considered as demonstrating “World Leadership”.
