​​​​The V&A Waterfront Information Centre, situated on Dock Road (alongside Ferryman's Pub) and the Waterfront Informati​on Kiosk in Victoria Wharf, are conveniently located to serve and welcome local and international visitors. Our friendly Customer Service team is dedicated to provide you with the best possible service.

09h00 – 18h00 (October – April)
09h00 – 17h00 (May – September)

Information Kiosk inside Victoria Wharf

Information Desk inside the Watershed
10h00 – 19h00 (August – ApriL)
10h00 – 18h00 (May – September)

MYCITI BUS
The bus service will no longer operate from outside the Information Centre as the new trunk station on Breakwater Boulevard (at the Tasha's entrance) has opened. All card purchases, reloads, issues & queries can be dealt with from there. Trunk stations are usually open until the last bus runs for the day. Please refer to the MyCiti website for more information, timetables, routes and maps.
