The V&A Neighbourhood Icon Programme gives members access to exclusive daily benefits, with special discounts and offers across participating stores, restaurants and attractions. From enjoying a meal and discovering a new store to making the most of our attractions, Neighbourhood Icons can enjoy more while spending less.

In celebration of Senior Citizens Month and the International Day of Older Persons, we're giving our Neighbourhood Icons even more reasons to explore with V&A Neighbourhood Icon Rewards.
From 15 September to 15 December 2026, Neighbourhood Icons can continue enjoying their existing benefits while collecting stamps, discovering participating businesses and unlocking exciting rewards.
Your journey starts with an instant reward
When you collect your specially designed Neighbourhood Icon Reward Card from the Visitor Information Desk, located near Nespresso, you'll also receive a small piece of paper containing your instant reward. Open it immediately to reveal your reward. If your paper reveals a reward, the Visitor Information Desk team will provide it to you.
Rewards are available throughout the V&A Neighbourhood Icon Rewards period, while stocks last.
Explore, collect and unlock a guaranteed reward
Your Neighbourhood Icon Reward Card is your invitation to discover more of what the V&A Waterfront has to offer. Visit participating tenants, redeem your existing Neighbourhood Icon benefits and collect six stamps on your reward card. Simply present your receipt and reward card at the Visitor Information Desk after each qualifying purchase to receive your stamp.
Every participant who successfully completes all six stamps will receive a guaranteed reward, with exciting offerings from participating businesses and attractions, including the Cape Wheel, Zeitz MOCAA, Wedgewood, The Watershed, The Waterfront Duck and more.
And there's one more reward to look forward to
Once you've collected all six stamps, you will also qualify to enter the grand prize competition.
At the conclusion of V&A Neighbourhood Icon Rewards, one lucky participant who has completed their reward card will win a curated prize package. The winner will be announced on Friday, 18 December 2026.

Alongside your exclusive weekday discounts, Neighbourhood Icons can also enjoy complimentary parking from 09h00 to 14h00, Monday to Friday.
Simply bring your Neighbourhood Icon card and ID to the information kiosk before 14h00 to validate your parking, making it easier to enjoy a longer visit, whether you're meeting friends for lunch, doing some shopping or exploring the neighbourhood.
HOW TO JOIN V&A NEIGHBOURHOOD ICON REWARDS
V&A Neighbourhood Icon Rewards is available exclusively to V&A Neighbourhood Icons aged 60 and over.
Already a Neighbourhood Icon? Collect your Neighbourhood Icon Reward Card from the Visitor Information Desk from 15 September and start exploring.
Not yet a member? If you're 60 or over, you can join the V&A Neighbourhood Icon Programme at the Visitor Information Desk at Victoria Wharf Shopping Centre, or join online and collect your Neighbourhood Icon card from the mall. Once you're a member, you can collect your reward card and start your V&A Neighbourhood Icon Rewards journey.
