Discover Granger Bay

A new stretch of Cape Town’s Atlantic coastline is being opened up to the city. Over the next 15 to 20 years, this R20 billion-plus development will bring new homes, hotels, jobs, public space and a protected bay for swimming, kayaking and boating. A 540-metre seawall will help protect the coastline, while a new coastal walkway will connect the V&A directly to the Sea Point promenade.

After a transformative journey to Indonesia in 2014, Stuart and Makeeda Swan chose to build a business rooted in harmony, sustainability, and quality. Based in Cape Town, their lifestyle — balanced between work and surfing — inspires their designs.

Their Bettél watches combine natural wood with stainless steel and carbon fibre, creating durable, stylish accessories suited to any occasion. Designed by Stuart, an engineer, each piece is carefully crafted and tested for quality.
