Discover Granger Bay

A new stretch of Cape Town’s Atlantic coastline is being opened up to the city. Over the next 15 to 20 years, this R20 billion-plus development will bring new homes, hotels, jobs, public space and a protected bay for swimming, kayaking and boating. A 540-metre seawall will help protect the coastline, while a new coastal walkway will connect the V&A directly to the Sea Point promenade.

Afrographic brings Africa's wildlife to life through handcrafted leather creations.

We create handcrafted leather animals inspired by African wildlife and ocean life, each one designed and made by hand in Cape Town using sustainably produced, vegetable-tanned leather. Every piece is individually cut, shaped, and assembled, giving it a unique character and natural patina that improves with age.

Our collection — from elephants and giraffes to sharks and whales — celebrates the beauty of the natural world through thoughtful, playful design. Sitting between art, craft, and collectible, our work appeals to those who value quality, originality, and pieces made with care.
