Dash Restaurant and Bar (in the Queen Victoria Hotel) offers an elegant, yet relaxed, experience in the presentation of its menu, which is influenced by the classic French style. The 36-seat Dash restaurant boasts contemporary fine-dining cuisine. All ingredients are sourced locally – except the caviar. The restaurant’s inviting environment is also perfect for enjoying an extensive selection of wines and single malts, while admiring the panoramic views of Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront.
