Red Bull BC One is the world’s most prestigious one-on-one breaking competition, bringing together the best B-Boys and B-Girls from around the globe. Every year, thousands of breakers compete for the opportunity to represent their country on the world stage at the Red Bull BC One World Final.
The competition returns to South Africa in 2026, celebrating the culture, creativity and artistry of breaking through a series of high-energy head-to-head battles. Breakers go up against one another, showcasing their originality, musicality, athleticism, technical skill and individual style as they battle for their place at the next stage of the competition.
The journey to the Red Bull BC One World Final in Toronto, Canada, begins with City Cyphers across South Africa, with Stop 3 taking place in Cape Town on 1 August 2026. Here, the region’s best B-Boys and B-Girls will battle it out in the City Cypher for the opportunity to advance to the Red Bull BC One National Final, taking place in Cape Town on 5 September 2026.
