The V&A Waterfront has been nominated for a World Travel Award and is in the running for Africa’s leading tourist destination. We’re up against Robben Island, Mount Kilimanjaro and the Pyramids of Giza to name a few. The Rhino’s Are Here!
On your next walkabout, lookout for the crash of rhinos outside the Clock Tower. These magnificent animals are under severe endangerment and we’re highlighting the need for their protection by creating awareness for StopRhinoPoaching. As part of The Rhinos Are Coming art programme, ten rhino sculptures have been transformed into beautiful works of art by Beezy Baily, Nardstar* and Bushy Wopp. Read more about their stay here.
