Discover Granger Bay

A new stretch of Cape Town’s Atlantic coastline is being opened up to the city. Over the next 15 to 20 years, this R20 billion-plus development will bring new homes, hotels, jobs, public space and a protected bay for swimming, kayaking and boating. A 540-metre seawall will help protect the coastline, while a new coastal walkway will connect the V&A directly to the Sea Point promenade.

Bright fabrics, bold prints and handcrafted detail define the Patricia Nama collection.

This stall specialises in clothing for women and children made from bright and traditional African fabrics. On offer are also ladies’ bags, wallets, toilet bags, backpacks and small side bags. These products are all hand-made by Patricia Nama and her business partner. The best African printed fabrics are sourced from a variety of African countries for making the clothing, and the offcuts are used to make the bags and wallets in the store. Most of the garments are lined. These products are both unique and eye-catching. The Patricia Nama stall is situated in the Watershed.
