Situated at the southern tip of the African continent, our port city is the gateway to Africa.

A strategic berth in Cape Town’s working harbour, offering vessels access to a full-service port, immediate city amenities and the energy of the V&A Waterfront precinct. Positioned within one of Africa’s most visited destinations, it connects maritime operations with hospitality, culture, commerce and convenience.

Key Information

To ensure the personal safety of everyone, we have a highly trained security team within our precinct, supported by over 1 300 cameras keeping a watchful eye. We also pay close attention to approaches, arrivals and departures to keep everything running smoothly.

Services & Repairs

Any vessel can be serviced, refitted, or hauled out without ever leaving the water. Accredited providers work in the precinct itself, offering services including everything from engineering and hydraulics to refrigeration and paint.

Robinson and Sturrock dry docks sit minutes from each other, backed by a synchrolift rated for 1 806 tonnes and tugs with a 40-tonne bollard pull on permanent standby.

Once the work is done, the world's most inspiring waterfront neighbourhood is already on the other side of the gangway.
