Since its opening in 2001, Baía has become a landmark for fine wining and dining in Cape Town. Set in a prime spot at the Victoria Wharf, Baía enjoys spectacular panoramic harbour and ocean views from which you can watch passenger liners dock. It has a cocktail bar, beautifully decorated interior dining areas and covered outside dining areas spread across four terraces. On offer is the best classical and contemporary cuisine, a mixture of continental and Portuguese colonial dishes. Available are also rare wine vintages and an imported liqueur selection. Baía specialises in the finest seafood from around southern Africa, the finest poultry, beef and venison – the restaurant is said to offer the best seafood platter in the Cape.
