Joubert and Monty are the kings of biltong: beef, kudu, springbok, and ostrich. Now there is also chicken biltong. The droë wors (dried sausage), a local favourite is made from beef, kudu and springbok meat. They also sell special biltong knives and choppers for the really serious biltong fanatics. But high-quality biltong isn’t the only thing on offer, as there is also a selection of delicious nuts such as cashews and macadamias, as well as an assortment of dried fruits. These can be made up into presentation baskets and the biltong or droë wors can be vacuum-packed for overseas shipment.
