Executive Chef Chris Mare has created a unique menu of re-imagined local cuisine, adding his own interpretation to favourites such as Bobotie and West Coast Mussels. For local diners this means a nuance of “tuisgemaakde” nostalgia; and for visitors an exploration of South Africa on a plate. The considered menu comprises 6 starters and mains, and 3 desserts; which are interspersed with surprise tastes and treats. In addition, there are show-stopper house specialties – designed for sharing.
