The Sea Point Lions Club will be hosting a Cakathon at the Amphitheatre in the V & A Waterfront on Saturday 29th November, commencing at 11h00. Large cakes baked by Pick 'n Pay will be on display. Many prominant businesses have sponsored the cakes and their company logos will be iced on the cakes. The cakes are to be sliced and slices will be sold at a nominal charge. All funds realised will be used for various Lions Projects such as Somerset Hospital Opthalmology Department which is in dire need of upliftment. Entertainment will be provided.
Visit the Amphitheatre on the 29th November to view this novel project and support a great cause.
