The Clipper Race Stopover, will take place during the South African Ocean Festival, the festival will offer loads of fun including music, delicious food, kids activities and ocean related content.   </p><div>The festival promises great entertainment with a performance from Beatenburg, to delicious food and various action packed water sports. Watch an exciting demonstration of a new sport - the Jetovator, to fully dressed and flag catching Dragon boat racing or watch an example of what the NSRI do during a rescue. </div><div>Capetonians can take part in a variety of fun activities, from the open water team relay, on a set course over a set distance, to the canoe – polo mini demonstration. Don’t miss out and share in our city’s ocean and water sport celebrations. </div><div> <br> </div><div>According to SAMSA the main goal of the festival is not only to boost the tourism potential of South Africa’s marine assets, but to create business and job opportunities.
