The historical nature of the building and the surrounding docks lend themselves to a surprisingly uplifting experience.
Food:
Elegantly plated and rather large portions (the side salad was table-sized). Great colours and, overall, amazingly appealing. The chef is also willing to accommodate any special requests within reason, should the vegetarian options not tickle your fancy.
Drinks:
Relatively all encompassing; all wines are available by the glass, and what a sizeable glass it is at 250ml.
The Ultimate:
The ultimate location right on the water's edge, with delectable modern cuisine in a gracious, historical setting.
