Modeled after its British namesake, maze features a tasting menu using local South African flavours and ingredients. Menu features seafood, meats and specialty South African dishes. Signature maze-style cuisine features an imported broiler that heats steaks to a fiery 650◦C to enhance their flavour. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner all year. Maze also offers a special children’s menu.
