 Fego Café

Inside it's all bookish chatter and magazine reading, with an appealing and convivial literary air about it, while outside it's the surprise of a quiet and highly scenic corner of the V&A, not much frequented by passers-by. This is a real gem of a spot, but sometimes details such as unwiped and uncleared tables can draw attention away from all the plus points.
Food:
The omelette busting with interesting flavours of feta, red peppers and olives was light, fluffy and surprisingly delicious – and very good with colossal quantities of rye toast. The equally generous-portioned wrap was fresh and tasty and came with ‘good’ chips. Coffee quality is above average.
Drinks:
House wine by the glass (red, white or semi-sweet) and a selection of beers.
The Ultimate:
The ultimate hidden spot for a delicious and hearty breakfast or lunch with great harbour views and walls of books for oodles of lit-chic ambience.
