Join Springbok Supporters Club Ambassadors Ryan O'Connor (KFM) and Aden Thomas (567 Cape Talk) from 3pm at the V&A Waterfront Amphitheatre, as they MC the event, with guest appearances by Holiday Murray, Ubuntu B-Boyz and of course, Springbok Mascot Bokkie. Plus, we'll have interviews with current and past Springbok players, including some of the Springbok Sevens Rugby Team.
All games will be screened at the V&A Waterfront Amphitheatre and parents can bring the kids to shake hands with Bokkie and stand in line to win prizes courtesy of SARU.
Other than the official send off on 1 September, the V&A Waterfront will be a hub of activity, as the Springboks defend their title as world champions in the land of the long white cloud.
During the 2 month show piece you can look forward to live screenings, great promotions & give-aways by SARU, IRB Rugby World Cup 2011 Worldwide Partner Mastercard and Tournament supplier Coca-Cola, plus our rugby mad tenants!
